aka Shanski, Shannon has an extensive athletic background in competitive cheering, gymnastics, and strength training.  Shannon has been cheering for 17 years, one professionally with the Baltimore Ravens.  For 4 years she was an all-star cheer coach and gymnastics instructor with Cheer Thunder All Stars .

Currently a preschool teacher for the past ten years with the Goddard School in Pasadena
